Miami, FL – Oct. 8-9, 2025 – Camilo Padron, Chief Global Officer of IMPACTIFI , led a dynamic panel discussion during ProChile USA’s Chile Tech Tour 2025, titled “Chile and USA: Partners – Present and Future.” The event, part of Chile Tech Week, celebrated the growing partnership between Chile and South Florida while showcasing the shared vision that continues to unite both ecosystems through innovation, entrepreneurship, and global collaboration.
The panel brought together prominent voices from both sides of the hemisphere, including Melissa Medina (President, eMerge Americas), Alfred Sanchez (President & CEO, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce), Jorge Rojas Goldsack, Matías Fontecilla Correa, and Eduardo della Maggiora, who explored the “why” behind the enduring connection between Chile and Miami’s innovation economies.
Moderated by Camilo Padron, the conversation focused on how Miami has evolved into a strategic soft-landing hub for Chilean companies entering the U.S. market and how Chile’s entrepreneurial ecosystem continues to attract international collaboration and investment.
“The bridge between Chile and Miami is built on trust, talent, and shared ambition,” said Camilo Padron. “Through platforms like IMPACTIFI, we’re strengthening that bridge—helping innovators from both regions scale globally and collaborate around technology, education, and sustainable growth.”
The evening also featured inspiring remarks from Mario Kreutzberger (widely known as Don Francisco, creator of Sábado Gigante), who shared reflections on Chile’s global influence and the importance of building meaningful cross-cultural partnerships.
Padron extended heartfelt thanks to Claudia Serrera for the invitation to moderate the discussion, and to Jaime Silva and the ProChile Miami team for organizing an extraordinary week of connection, insight, and opportunity for both nations.
IMPACTIFI remains committed to advancing international innovation and expanding the bridge between Latin America and the United States—continuing its mission to position Miami as the global gateway where ideas, industries, and cultures converge.
